1. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. We will endeavour to deliver earlier but early ordering is recommended as many items are made to measure.

2. Notification of non delivery of goods must be made in writing as required by the courier/ post office.

3. I offer an unconditional 14 day approval on any item purchased.  A full refund will be given, less postage and package costs as long as the items have not been used, soiled , damaged or altered. Alternatively you are welcome to exchange the item.

4. Special orders made to customers measurements and individual specifications are ordered

On the understanding they cannot be returned.

5. Incorrect fit on made to measure items will be replaced if it is our error. If due to incorrect measurements given by the customer a charge may be incurred for alterations.

6. Payment is by cheque, postal order or bankers draft please.

7. All the prices are correct, but reserve the right to alter the prices at anytime deemed necessary.

8. Postage rates:

A. Saddle pad, with, or without girth £10.50

B. Saddle pad , girth and bridle, or equivalent £12.50

9. Deliveries usually have to be signed for, so please ensure their is someone present at the delivery address.
