Terms & Conditions

1. The prices on the website are all correct but we do have the right to discontinue or change the price of an item when necessary.
2. Though many of the items are kept in stock, please allow four to six weeks for made to measure slips and other leather work.
3. We are happy to quote for any 'Bespoke'  leather work or an individual item not listed on the website but the price quoted will only remain valid for one month.
4. Full payment is required when placing an order either by a credit or debit card over the telephone or by a BACS bank transfer.
5. Incorrect fit of made to measure and customised items - alterations or exchange of items will be free of charge if we are at fault. If the error is due to incorrect measurements or details supplied by the customer, an additional charge maybe incurred. 
6. All monetary transactions are to be conducted in £GBP.
7. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase this may be done within 14 days. Please email or telephone to let us know your intention to return an item and it must be sent back by 'signed for delivery'. Return signed for postage costs are to be met by the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty.
8. All items returned or exchanged must be in 'as new' condition. Items cannot be accepted if they are dirty, greasy, hairy or have any marks indentations, scratches or showing any signs of wear to either leather or suede.
9. A full refund, (excluding all p&p), will only be applied if the item is returned to us in 'as new' condition. Customers to contact me with the original card or bank details to receive a refund.
Tracked & Insured Postage: United Kingdom
Orders up to 2kg, sent via Royal Mail: £8.00
Orders Over over 2kg but under 5kg sent by Parcel Force: £14.00
Small items will be sent via Royal Mail, First Class with a proof of postage unless stated otherwise.
A Proof of Postage is obtained for all items posted regardless of size or weight of the order but we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged / delayed or failed to be delivered by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or independent courier. Any postal claims regarding lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
International Postage
We sell our items worldwide and will gladly give an approximate costing when you first enquire. At the point of ordering we will then quote the cost of the shipping which will be valid for the items ordered at the same time.
The buyer is responsible for payment of any customs import duty imposed.
