To ensure you order the correct size product for your pony, listed below are the measurements that would help us to get it right the first time.

Bridle Measurements

1. The Headpiece - From the corner of the mouth, over the top of the poll, (behind the ears), to the corner of the mouth.

2. The Crown - The length of the wide part of the headpiece before it splits into the cheek piece and throatlash. Take the measurement from approximately 1.5" (2.5cm) below the ear, over the top of the poll, to 1.5" (2.5cm) below the ear.

3. Noseband - All the way around, (circumference) where you want it to lie.

4. Browband - From just clear of the ear, (behind the ear) across the forehead, to just clear of the ear.

5. Throatlash - An approximate measurement. From 2" below the ear, under the jaw, (throat) to approx. 2" below the other ear.

6. Rein Length - From the corner of the mouth to the base of the wither area.

7. Stirrup Leathers - The inside leg measurement helps if you are unsure of the size you require.

Saddle Pad Measurements

1. Girth - All the way around the pony where a lunge roller or girth normally lie, i.e. the girth circumference.

2. Length of back - Approximate measurement from mid wither area, to approximately 1.5" in front of the loins, (where the hair fans two ways).

Breaking & Schooling Equipment   and  Show Slips

1. Neck Length - (For Daisy Reins). From between the ears, (poll), down the top of the neck, to the base of the wither.

2. Neck Length - (For Side Reins). With the neck straight and relaxed, from the corner of the mouth, to the base of the wither.

2. Back Length - From the base of the wither, along the length of back to the top of the tail,(dock).

3. Girth - All the way around the pony where a lunge roller/girth normally lies, i.e. the girth circumference.

4. Head - (For a Lunge Cavesson or In Hand Show Slip) 1.5" below the cheekbone, over the top of the Poll, (behind the ears), to 1.5" below the other cheekbone. Noseband circumference, and browband measurement.

5. Entire Body Length - (For Harness), From the centre of the chest along the whole length (side) of the pony, to the hind quarters, (in line with the top of the tail).

1. The prices on the website are all correct but we do have the right to discontinue or change the price of an item when necessary.
2. Though many of the items are kept in stock, please allow four to six weeks for made to measure bridles, slips and other leather work.
3. We are happy to quote for any 'Bespoke'  leather work or an individual item not listed on the website but the price quoted will only remain valid for one month.
4. Full payment is required when placing an order either by a credit or debit card over the telephone or by a BACS bank transfer.
5. Incorrect fit of made to measure and customised items - alterations or exchange of items will be free of charge if we are at fault. If the error is due to incorrect measurements or details supplied by the customer, an additional charge maybe incurred. 
6. All monetary transactions are to be conducted in £GBP.
7. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase this may be done within 14 days. Please email or telephone to let us know your intention to return an item and it must be sent back by 'signed for delivery'. Return signed for postage costs are to be met by the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty.
8. All items returned or exchanged must be in 'as new' condition. Items cannot be accepted if they are dirty, greasy, hairy or have any marks indentations, scratches or showing any signs of wear to either leather or suede.
9. A full refund, (excluding all p&p), will only be applied if the item is returned to us in 'as new' condition. Customers to contact me with the original card or bank details to receive a refund.
Tracked & Insured Postage: United Kingdom
Orders up to 2kg, sent via Royal Mail: £8.00
Orders Over over 2kg but under 5kg sent by Parcel Force: £14.00
Small items will be sent via Royal Mail, First Class with a proof of postage unless stated otherwise.
A Proof of Postage is obtained for all items posted regardless of size or weight of the order but we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged / delayed or failed to be delivered by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or independent courier. Any postal claims regarding lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
International Postage
We sell our items worldwide and will gladly give an approximate costing when you first enquire. At the point of ordering we will then quote the cost of the shipping which will be valid for the items ordered at the same time.
The buyer is responsible for payment of any customs import duty imposed.
